The Effects of Health, Labor and Capital towards Labor Productivity in Manufacturing Industries

The manufacturing industry is the focus of this study, in which proportion its contribution to economic growth experiencing a decreasing trend recently. Does it involve factors such as input capital, health, or workers that give significant impacts on labor productivity Malaysian industry? This paper discovered relationship between and consist foreign local with from 1986 2020. Cobb-Douglas production function was used derive model specification study. results showed all variables are significant, capital health have positive relationship, whilst factor including has negative productivity. These findings may provide some insights into improvement industries’ performance Malaysia. It would be useful determining significantly affected labor.
